Ms. Rullo

Hi I’m Ms. Rullo. I attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania for my undergrad and graduate degree.  I hold a Masters degree in Counselor Education and am certified K-12 in the state of Pennsylvania and the state of South Carolina. I am also a member of ASCA (American School Counseling Association). Since I enjoy helping others I have many years’ experience working as a volunteer with organizations such as The Domestic Abuse Project, The Center for Loss and Bereavement, and The Dee Norton Low Country Children’s Center. I relocated to Charleston from the Philadelphia area a little over a year ago in search of an opportunity to work as a Guidance Counselor.  I found my place at Morningside Middle School and really enjoy working with the EXCEL and ARMS scholars. As a Guidance Counselor it is extremely important to me that I be a source of consistency for my scholars and to help them throughout all the challenges they face as middle school age students. I have a commitment to my students and have a passion to see things through. I love facilitating small groups for my scholars. It’s so much fun and they absolutely love it!
